Recently vacationed at Emerald Isle and my radiator fan wouldn’t turn off on my Chevy Silverado. Called a repair shop locally and they referred me to Ingram’s. I called and was able to get my truck looked at the next day. They diagnosed a stuck thermostat, gave me a quote via text and texted me when it was done, same price as quote, very reasonable and very quick. Great people and appreciate that they didn’t try to gouge me on repairs. Highly recommend them!

When the ac went on my car I called Ingrams via a referral from Blacks Tires and was able to get in the very next morning and by that afternoon I was called personally by Phil ( owner) and he informed me of what needed to be done and explained what was wrong and by the days end I was called and again updated and told someone would bring my car to me ( also when I dropped it off someone drove me back home) within minutes I was back on the road and so grateful and thankful for Ingrams and its employees and I would highly recommend to anyone and would certainly do business with them in the future ,
